"All work and no play makes Jack a dull boy", is a well know proverb. It means that sports and games are very important for human body and health. Health is wealth and if a person loses health then he will surely be left behind in mental work. We know that sound body has sound mind. Sports and games play an important role in the development of people, especially youngsters and school going children.

Team sports demonstrate children and youngsters that how to set goals and how to work together to achieve these goals. Team sport also teach youngster how to work together and have to show discipline. Children who do not participate in sports can not learn sportsmanship and how to get along well with others. Children who participate in sports show better academies skills than those who don't participate.

Accordingly, children who do not engage in sports are more likely to do abominable in school. Children who do not take part in sports are less likely set goals for themselves. Sports also keep children and youngsters to away from being take part in bad activities like smoking, drinking, and using drugs. Sportsmen always stay away from smoking, drinking and using drugs.

Furthermore, games and sports teach them the great qualities of self control, discipline and sportsmanship. This is the thing which make children and youngster physically fit as well as mentally alert in all the fields.

Drinking and then driving has resulted to thousands of road accidents, injuries and deaths. Some people do believe a mandatory jail sentence for convicted offenders would cause people to seriously consider the bottom line of drinking and driving. Taking a serious civil approach to the offense would cause friends and family to view drinking and driving as completely offensive. It would add a risk of job loss, public humiliation and jail time to the risks of injury, death.  Furthermore , imprison offenders would not be putting other motorists at risk while they are locked up.

Nowdays we can see technology in our home, in our study rooms, in metro stations, in appliances as smart phones, net-books, tablets, laptops and every where. 

Technology has absolutely penetrate our everyday life. According to surveys, everyone use a technological invention everyday. People are getting dependent from modern technology. Now situation is this that at home we are surrounded by modern technology. We use everyday television or internet to know the latest news or microwave that tell us when the meal will be ready. Appropriately operating all these appliance made us almost insufficient to do the same things without them. From my point of view technology has also negatives effects. On the one hand it helps us in our daily life and enhance our work efficiency, but on the other hand, we are too much dependent on them. Additionally, students and business men always use their computers or tablets or laptops to work or to study, because with them, their tasks are very easier to do.

Eventually, we can use technology but with balance. If we use it, firstly we should have to check if we can do that action without it.
